Spring is springing up out there and with it comes the intensely scorching sun. (Seriously, even when the air is a sweet 65 degrees, the sun is always an angry 110 when it makes contact with my skin.) This is the iced coffee season as my New Yorker friend Bill likes to call it. Now, I'm a fan of the 'bucks as anyone can attest, but I find that no matter how much I'm craving their signature iced coffee I can quell the craving right at home.

Our coffee maker automatically shuts itself off after a certain amount of time, and there's usually a good amount left that ends up sitting there all day. I'm sure you know where I'm going with this. Cup, ice, leftover coffee (which gets stronger the longer it sits there). Perfect free iced coffee for me!
